Can anyone tell me how to remove ALL of Imagenomic Portraiture including scattered bits and pieces for a fresh reinstall on updates Mac OS ?

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins

Locate the Plug-Ins folder, and delete what you don't want.
