Wondering if someone can help me.  When working in photoshop, everything looks lightly blurred.  images, fonts, everything.  But when I export to jpeg, it looks tack sharp, sometimes too sharp when I try to sharpen a part of an image.  Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

Do you have a high definition screen?

This depends on the on-screen zoom ratio. If they are different in Photoshop vs. your other image viewer, you can't compare.

The only true representation is 100%, or 1:1, which maps one image pixel to exactly one screen pixel. Make sure both applications display at 100%, and then compare.
