Import/ save LR/CR mask into PS

Is it possible to get a mask created in Lightroom or Camera Raw into Photoshop? Feel like I am constantly recreating the same mask... And yes I know about opening as a Smart Object.... My needs are different....

I have never tried and would be surprised if it was possible, but as a last resort, the DIFFERENCE between the base image and an image that has been adjusted with a mask in ACR/Lr could be used to create a mask.
