Bonjour,
Merci bcp!!!
Aurélie

Hello
following the update of PS CC 2017, I can't import image. When I do file > import and incorporate a new image, I have an error message that tells me "Could not be imported because the working disks are saturated". I have exactly the same storage than before the UPDATE and it worked fine before. I even released the space on my hard drive, but it still doesn't work. I'm stuck.
Can someone help me?
Thank you bcp!
Aurélie
What are your Scratch Disk settings (Photoshop > Preferences > Scratch Disks)?
What are the file’s pixel dimensions and resolution?
What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Hello
thanks for your answer.
My scratch disk settings are below : MacIntosh HD : 51,16 GO free
I use MAc OSX El Capitan.
The file pixel are : 1080x1080 / 300 dpi. I use PS mainly to resize social media material so nothing unusual !
I even tried in 100 dpi and still it does not work.
I tried to restore preferences as shown in the video but it didn't change anything.....
I am still stuck.
Any idea ?
Thanks a lot
Aurelie

Which exact import-option did you chose?
Or are you maybe trying to place a Smart Object?
What are the parameters if the image you are trying to place?
