Impossible d'utiliser le remplissage génératif

Bonjour,

 

Suite à mon abonnement, j'ai installé PHOTOSHOP et tout fonctionnait la semaine dernière...

Depuis hier, pas moyen d'utiliser la fonction de remplissage automatique, elle se lance puis plante avec message suivant : " VERIFIEZ VOTRE CONNEXION INTERNET ET REESSAYEZ ! "

 

Je suis sous environnement Windows 11, ma connexion internet est parfaitement fonctionnelle, et je suis bien connecté aux services Adobe ?

 

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé PHOTOSHOP depuis le creative cloud, rien n'y fait ??

Je ne trouve aucun sujet sur ce blocage sur internet... merci de votre aide.

Hi @Benoît LECORDIER check your router settings - Windows Defender. Make sure Photoshop is listed and allowed.

Everything has been working perfectly since I subscribed almost 2 months ago, and I haven't changed anything. Obviously I'm not the only one in this situation, so I canceled my subscription and resumed my old version which costs me nothing... I will do without the AI !

@Benoît LECORDIER did you check your Windows Defender settings? You may not have changed anything but that application/firewall updates automatically. This resolved it for most users.

Depuis hier je n'ai pas non plus accés aux fonctions liées à l'IA sur photoshop, je ne comprends pas pourquoi, apparemment, nous ne sommes pas les seuls.

Bonjour, J'avais également le même problème. Il suffit d'aller dans les paramètres de Windows Defender, paramètres avancé à gauche, aller dans règle de trafic sortant et de supprimer/désactiver la règle Adobe undefined pop-up, voila j'espère que ca vous aidera.
