Inserting happy faces into water drops

New Here ,
Apr 30, 2011 Apr 30, 2011

I saw a photo that where someone added small happy faces to water drops.  They were either drawn in or an icon was added to each drop.  How is an image like this (or something els) added to water drops?

Thanks,

Mike

My guess at what you should be looking for is a third party plug-in… Im sure there used to be a 'bubbles' one in Photoshop or something to that effect but I can't see it listed now maybe Im just having a flash back to when I had loads of KTP and flaming pear ones… A simple google search for 'photoshop & plugins' should get you a bunch of samples that you can trawl… This kind of stuff is usually too heavy to be done by script… Well so I think…
