Installing Photoshop CC 19.x

Hi - hoping someone can give me a quick answer to the following? Can I install Photoshop CC 19.x as a part of my CC All Apps account on an older Mac and if so how?

To clarify:

• Version 19 is CC2018
• Version 20 is CC2019
• Version 21 is 2020

The current version (2020) and the one previous (CC2019) are available for download from the Creative app. CC2018 is not.
