dobe product and version number

 - I was trying to update the PS  V 21.2.4 (which is working fine)  to the latest V 22.0. Lightroom Clasic version 10.0
Operating system and version number

 -  Windows 10  pro 2004
The full text of any error message (s)
 - as I uninstalled the program (after it did not work), I don't hve it
What you were doing when the problem occurred

 - I was trying editing a photo from Lightroom. Photoshoe was opened and than stacked with this error message (IO error due to proram problem) and I could not even shut it off. I closed it through the "Windows Task Manager"
Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
 - don't have
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
 - totally irrelevant. After uninstalling the V22.0 , Lightroom automatically called the  V 21.2.4 and everything works fine. it is not a problem in the computer  but in the upgrad process or the upgraded program

Thanks. The above info will help to solve your problem.
