Everytime I open up photoshop on my iPad Air 2020 (4. gen) it freezes up and I cant touch anything. The same think happens with creative cloud app. Lightroom or Fresco work perfectly. I tried to reinstal or restart.

Have you signed out of your creative cloud account, shut down and restarted your iPad, then logged in again? How much free space do you have in your Creative Cloud account?
