iPad Photoshop not syncing to Creative cloud

I am using the Photoshop for the iPad app but in the last couple days I cannot access my older files that are in my Creative Cloud. I keep getting the error that there is a problem with the syncing. I deleted the app and redownloaded it but it didn't help anything.

I know that the Creative Cloud app isn't avaliable anymore - is this why I am not able to sync? I kind of need my older files so I hope this isn't the case. I can access them on my laptop but I use my iPad for my art.

The first thing to confirm is that you are signed into your CC account.

Yes, I am signed in the CC account - on all my devices.

It isn't syncing things that I do on my iPad to my computer. Would this have something to do with this "cloud documents" thing? I hate paying for something I cannot use.

In the Creative Cloud app that you showed in your screenshots, click on the cloud icon in the to right. There you should see a 'Creative Coud Files syncing' open. Is yours ticked or paused? Share a screenshot.

That is what comes up when I click the cloud. In the second screenshot it says I'm online.

this is not in the creative cloud app though, that is not on my iPad since they took it off the App Store. This is in my photoshop on the iPad.
