iPad Pro Photoshop file management

I've been using FOLDERS to organize my iPad Photoshop files and mistakenly moved a file to the wrong folder. Now I can't seem to find how to move that file out of that folder. The dotted menu drop-down options only list Rename, Duplicate, Delete...no MOVE. Restoring it after deleting it puts it right back in the same folder. Photoshop for iOS doesn't support running multiple versions, so a split screen transfer is out.

 

This is such a basic function...I don't understand why it wouldn't be included. And trying to find any answers in Adobe Community are frustratingly absent—very little discussion or solutions for iOS version of Photoshop, particularly regarding file management within the app itself (while Lightroom for iOS apparently DOES have a MOVE option...huh?). Very poorly supported...very disappointing.

    Just figured out the solution to my Photoshop for iOS file management issue...the only way to MOVE a file out of a folder is through the Creative Cloud app. Once I figured out how to navigate to my folder in that separate app, lo and behold—there's a MOVE option listed in the dotted drop-down menu! WHY that's not included in the actual iPad Photoshop app UI is beyond reason. Having to open another app to perform such a basic file management function is a shockingly poor interface design decision by this Adobe team.

      I'm glad you figured it out just 19 minutes after posting and thanks for letting us know. 

       

      We can't move files in desktop applications either, so it's always made sense to me that it would work the same way on the iPad. I like your idea, though. The best way to make a feature request is to start a new post and tag it as an idea. Details here:
