Is it possible to take a photo with your webcam within Photoshop?

I'm just hoping to streamline my process, rather than 1. Switching to another program, 2. Take the photo. 3. Find in explorer. 4. Import into project, I would love to just take the photo within the photoshop program and it's just there, is this possible?

Photoshop Camera is out, but it is only available for iOS and Android, not for Photoshop for Desktop, and it doesn't work with the webcam.
