CS3 PORTABLE is a pirate scam. (Adobe never made this). They just want your credit card, and then you will have something worthless and stolen.

that means if adobe never made this CS3 PORTABLE ... so can i guess it that  there is no legal  rights to adobe to take any legal action against the users of any one who is using the that's portable software !!!

My understanding is that CS3 portable is a modified version of CS3, modified by the pirates, but including Adobe's technology illegally. They didn't just take the name and write their own. So you would be in breach of license agreements and if your company is audited there may be severe consequences.

Current Photoshop is $10 per month, it is no longer sold, but when last sold it was $700.

first of all thanks for yours prompt reply.....actually i am using the window xp 32 bit ( and i don't want to upgrade now )... and current version of photoshop is not supporting the win xp 32 bit..... so i want to use that's portable software.... but  before using it i want the clarification for myself that using of portable cs3 is crime under the adobe  or they (adobe ) dont have the any legal rights against the portable users
