Is the intel i5-1235U powerful enough for photoshop?

Hello,

I am trying to help a friend to find a laptop that she can use for photoshop and lightroom, she wants to spend 550 Euro so the budget is very limited. I have found 5 laptops, they all have 16gb ram and a ssd. Two of the laptops use an intel i5-1235U, two others use a ryzen 5 7520U and the last one uses a Ryzen 5 5500U.

According to benchmark the i5-1235U seems to be the best cpu and also has the best single threat performance (I did read that single threat is more important than multi thread for photoshop). I know that a laptop with a graphic card and a better cpu would be much much better for photoshop and lightroom, but her budget is very tight and her old laptop is about to break.

Does anyone of you have any experience with one of these cpu's? Or can anyone tell me which one would be the best cpu for photoshop and lightroom without a graphic card? I already checked out the Adobe site for the system requirements but I am still not sure if that will be enough or if it maybe will be  lagging or loading a lot. Any help would be greatful, thank you.
