Is there a keyboard shortcut to toggle between Auto Select on and off?

It is something I use a zillion times in my work flow and the necessity to have a keyboard shortcut for it is essential. If it is not already there, please add it.

With the Move Tool, the Cmd (Mac) Ctrl (Win) key toggles "Auto Select Layer" on or off (depending on whether it's checked).

To clarify, it's not Cmd, then release. Before we had Auto Select, we had Cmd+Drag, and that shortcut still works for "auto-select". In addition, you can right-click to reveal all of the layers under where you position your mouse, then select the layer you want. This works well for more complex files.
