Is there a way for me to convert a photo to look like this?

    That would essentially necessitate tracing the image, I guess. 

    Please post the photo you are talking about.

      That's a drawing. There are filters to trace edges - but it wouldn't look like that. This is a contour drawing, but in a real photograph there are edges everywhere, not just the contours.

        I expect AI could be trained to translate photographs in this style but Photoshop Beta’s Generative Fill does not seem to be so inclined yet.
