Is there a way to make Photoshop focus on the subject's eye in Image Size? (Instead of the nose)

I know this may seem like a small insignificant issue, but every time I try to resize a portrait image in Photoshop, it always focuses on the subject's nose by default. I want it to focus on the subject's eye by default since that's where all the photographers want to make sure it's sharp.

Is there any way to do it? Let me know if there is.

Thanks 🙂

Resizing an image doesn't focus on any particular part. It just interpolates the pixels across the image. Some sharpening algorithms help bring out edges (as in contrasting boundaries) but that is all.  If your image is showing sharper focus on the nose rather than the eyes then that is the way the picture has been taken. You could apply further sharpening just to the eyes, using a mask, however the  ideal way is to correct this at the time of shooting, selecting the correct focus point in the camera (as centre focusing and re-composing can allow the camera, or head, time to move between focus and shoot), and make sure the nearest eye is pin sharp.

I meant on the small square window next to the image size and dimensions adjustments. It always shows the subject's nose as default, but I want it to focus on the subject's eye. Is there any way?

It just goes to the centre of the image, where the nose tends to be. Photoshop doesn't have a particular fondness for noses...
