Is there an offical plugin that will descreen halftone photos?

I've been using the Sattva plugin for years to descreen my halftone photos.

Is there an offical Adobe plugin that will do this?  I did searches but may not be using the specific keyword.

Are the images color or monochrome? If they are mono, and you have clearly defined dots, you can do this:

Rotate the image so the dots are aligned vertical/horizontal., usually 45°. Use image size to scale the image up. You need the distance between dots to be an integral (non-fractional) number of pixels. Run Filter > Noise > Median, and use the arrow keys or scroll wheel to increases/decrease the value, until it matches the distance between dots. Look for the crosshatch effect to go away. The filter only works in whole pixels, which is why the size adjustment is needed. Rotate the image to return to the original orientation, and scale it back down to its original size.

One of the neural filters has a descreen option, I think in Photo Restoration from memory. That being said, I doubt that it's going to live up to your expectations.

Fast Fourier Transformation might also work out. (Edit: Not a default Adobe Filter, though.)

That seems a bit like spam.
