ISO: extract tool for CS4

I have Photoshop CS4 with window 10 OS. I have lost the extract filter from my filter cache. Can't find it anywhrer. What happened to it? I need to replace the extract filter for CS4. Can anyone tell me where I can get a DL of this? TIA

From here:

http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshop/win/cs4/PHSPCS4_Optional_Plug-Ins.zip

then after extracting (unzipping) look in

English\Goodies\Optional plug-ins\Plug-ins 32-bit or English\Goodies\Optional plug-ins\Plug-ins 64-bit

For the 64 bit version of photoshop cs4 the ExtractPlus.8BF goes in

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins\Filters

For the 32 bit version of photoshop cs4 the ExtractPlus.8bf goes in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Plug-ins\Filters
