When trying to open a file in Adobe Photoshop, I encounter a loading screen that appears to be stuck. The screen indicates that the file is loading, but the file itself does not open. I have tried several troubleshooting steps such as restarting Photoshop, clearing temporary files, etc., but the issue persists.
@mohamad38424572lfda can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread
