Issues using graphic processor on photoshop 2020 windows 10

Im a photoshop user since 2015, ive been trying to do some illustrations and i need to use some tools.. OK.. I use onboard GPU intel hd graphics and I have 14gb RAM. My photoshop do not recognize my GPU it doesnt show anything in my preferences.. I tried almost everything to fix it. I live in brazil and I have no money now to get an offboard GPU.. How could I do to fix it? It occurs the same if I use 2018/19 version..

Look at your Photoshop menu Help>System info toe see if Photoshop see you have a GPU. If you see in there it see 2 GPU you meed to disable one so Photoshop will not see it. Photoshop has a problem with two different GPUs in a machine.

It look like Adobe detects your GPU but does not support it in its your Photoshop performance preferences.

I see a similar issue on my PC. I have 2 graphics cards on my PC - onboard Intel(R) HD Graphics and Radeon RX550/550 Series. I need it all because I have 3 displays attached to my PC. Photoshop 2020 works fine with GPU but 2021 reports an error in the driver of the monitor (!) and disables GPU. Following Adobe's help, I reinstalled the monitor driver (Dell U2720Q (HDMI4K2K60HDR)) but with no success.
Could you please comment on my situation. What is going wrong?
