Issues with Lower Arc...I have tried everything

Hello!

I am trying to recreate this logo and I am having issues placing the "D'expertise" portion of the logo.

I tried placing it on an ellipse path but it looks distorted. For some odd reason, using the ellipse path worked perfectly for the "Bureau National" part. 

Does anyone have any idea of how I can achieve this? Thank you! (Photos attached below)

Use Warp Text>Arc>Horizontal with a negative Bend.

Or use the Ellipse Tool set to Path and type on the path.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! 

Thanak you so much for all of your help! I had no idea that I could click and drag the text to the inside of the ellipse! that is what I was having issues with this entire time.
