Jpgs saving desaturated

Hello, I am having trouble saving my photoshop projects as .jpgs. They keep saving desaturated. The photoshop project will look like the first photo, but once I save it, it slightly desaturates(second photo). I am not sure how to fix and would really appreciate some help. Thank you!
