Just updated PS and Neural Filter is Not Showing up

I just heard about Neural filters at Adobe Max and I rushed to udpate my apps. I'm on Windows 10, and Photoshop updated, but I'm not seeing Neural Filters as an option in the filters panel. Thanks for any help.

Hi. Did you upDATE, or upGRADE. PS 2021 is a full upgrade. Please check your version number - if you "Get Info" on the application, the new version number is actuall v22

Thank you! I did not realize it would add another full version, I was using my shortcut to the older one. lol! Thanks! 🙂
