Know how to get photoshop cs5 to open beta textile designer

The current Adobe application manager is too old to be able to open the download, but there must be another way because I've already used the trial version of Adobe Textile Designer, and it worked fine on CS5?

Hi there,

There is a Textile Designer plugin for Photoshop(recent and latest app versions). 

Photoshop CS5 is a legacy application and the plugin is not supported for this version of Photoshop. See https://www.adobe.com/products/textiledesigner.html
