When I go to Kuler in Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended it keeps saying it can't detect an internet connection. How do I fix this?

What operating system are you using?

I get the same message on mac os High Sierra with both photoshop cs5.1 and cs6.

You can still Create your own color themes.

If you want Browse for other user created themes you can use the Adobe Color CC website:

Under the Explore tab.

Adobe Color CC

I'm using Windows 10. Is Kuler just like this in general when opening in Photoshop?

The Adobe Color CC website is very similar to what one would get when using Kuler.

Since adobe doesn't support older versions of photoshop or Kuler, adobe either cutoff Kuler access or just didn't update Kuler so it can access the Adobe Color CC website.

I'm having exactly the same problem.

It has returned to the same error message when trying to get into Kuler on PS CS6 "No Internet connection detected".

I don’t think you can fix this without upgrading to Photoshop CC. Kuler was replaced by Adobe Color CC. Now everything syncs together through a CC subscription. If you are using Photoshop CS5, you don’t have a subscription to sync the information. You can still use the Adobe Color website to explore and edit color themes though. When you find a color theme you like you can save it to your computer and then import it into Photoshop.
