Hi, I recommend that you take a look at the system requirements needed to make Adobe Photoshop work, in order to facilitate the search for your new laptop: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

The minimum system requirment of 1.5GB of GPU memory for Photoshop is dedicated or can be shared memory?

It needs to be dedicated onboard GPU memory (VRAM).

If there is also an integrated Intel GPU, this needs to be completely disabled. Dual GPUs with conflicting drivers will not work well with Photoshop.

Also note that Photoshop needs a lot of free disk space for temporary working storage (scratch disk). The system requirements are pretty unrealistic here. 512GB will work for now, but in time you may get into trouble for lack of disk space.

8GB RAM is not a lot, but it should work as long as you have enough scratch disk space.

That page doesn't say there are 2GB of dedicated video RAM on the GPU, so I'd guess not.
