Lasso and erasor tool, erratic behaviour

Hello everyone, 
Since this week, I have issues with the use of the Lasso and the Erasor. The tool will jump from the location of the cursor. Let's say, I am moving the cursor to the right, on the third click my selection will go to a random point on the left even though my cursor is still on the right. The cursor does not move, but the tool applies where it feels like, which make my work difficult.

Do you have any idea why is this happening now and how to fixe it ? 

Info - I am under Windows 7, which is now outdated, I am wondering if it could be connected somehow.
