Latest Update Bricks Macbook Air

I'm using a new Macbook Air (M1 chip) on the latest OS with the latest PS update, but I can't even use basic functions without it freezing my entire system and requiring me to hard reset. I haven't had this issue until the latest update of PS. Graphic design is an essential part of my work and I can't figure out what could've caused this issue.

Hi @Colin24446882sfdb Photoshop should not cause your whole Mac to freeze - that is usually an indication of a bad RAM or GPU install on the Mac.

If you can, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
