Layer rotation

Hey all. Is there any way to know the layer rotation of a layer using scripting?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

If you are talking about a plain pixel Layer then obviously not.

If you are talking about a Smart Object that would be another matter.
