See attached image. When right-clicking on a layer in the layers panel, "blending options" is repeated over & over. Has anyone seen this before & know a fix?

I've not seen it before. Is there a key being pressed accidentally on your keyboard?

Try closing and reopening Photoshop.

Try resetting preferences.

1st - Make sure you're using the latest version of Photoshop.

2nd - Try launching Photoshop with the shift key down and disable 3rd party plug-ins

3rd - If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
