Libraries Panel Freezes

Libraries panel freezes periodically. Turning it off under the Window drop down does not fix it. Tried adjusting section size but it just stretches (instead of showing more swatches). Extends to any open files. Only solution is closing and reopening program.

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences? This usually fixes minor bugs.
