Lines Connects to Beginning of brush stroke

No Matter how slowly (even like 5 seconds) I draw the lines, If the brush only moved a little bit the beginning and the end connects together.

I am using a intuous pro medium, windows 10, photoshop CC, however I know its not only for this setup since I have been having the exact same problem since couples of years ago.

Things I tried are:

     Complete new computer, new tablet, new windows (since I have been upgrading overtime)

     Reinstalling the drivers

     Turning off "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting panel service"

     Setting the "tip double click distance" to off (all the way to the left) in Wacom Tablet Properties > Grip pen

     Setting the double click distance and speed to the smallest and the quickest

Any other things that I can try?

Are you using Windows Ink or WinTab?  The latter seems to be better with Windows 10.
