Link to ExtendScript CC doesn't work...

Hi, I formated my computer and I'm trying to find the ExtendScript Tool Kit CC, but seems that the site has 404 Error Page Not Found... https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/estk

There's another way to download ESTK? Or someone has the installer?
