On upgrading my MacBookPro-M1-Max 32 GB to MacOS 13.0.1 and Photoshop 24.0.1, the Liquify filter is not working properly!  In the filter dialog. the preview does not update (and yes the preview checkbox is checked).  Resetting Photoshop preferences does not fix problem.  This is an issue with the preview as if one clicks OK you see the altered image - but without preview liquify is unuseable.  Problem is both with and without smarfilter.  Is there some special settings to get this feature working again?

You could try resetting preferences manually. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

If that doesn't work, try updating your graphics card.
