The latest update is terrible. Since installing it, I've hardly been able to use Photoshop. Something as simple as cropping, saving, or adjusting the brightness/contract can take up to 5-10 minutes. On top of that, Apple updated to the latest Monterey OS overnight, and I think that also conflicts with the Adobe programs. Weren't these two systems originally designed to work together? They sure don't seem compatible now.

What kind of GPU do you have and have you tried updating the GPU driver from the manufacturers website

Here are my specs, including the GPU. Apple updated to the latest version of Monterey, so wouldn't that have also updated the GPU?

Updating Monterey does not automatically mean the GPU updated.

I'm on Monterey on a similar Mac Mini model and it is showing with the new PS update - the only difference is I am on Mac OS 12.2.1.

Looks like the Monterey update might have buggered something.

First try resetting your PS preferences. Go to PS Preferences/General and click "reset prefs on quit" and restart PS.

If that didn't work, go to Apple System Preferences/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access and make sure PS is in the list and checked. Long shot but Monterey has caused issues without it in there.
