looking for an old Photoshop CS2 file

I am looking for the an old update file called "Multiprocessor Support for Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Windows".

The link was http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=3447&fileID=3242 but it is dead now.

Anybody still have this old update file ?
