Lower quality exports when I use Save for legacy

I am getting low quality exports when I try exporting with "Save for legacy", I have changed every possible setting while exporting but it won't change.

You are going to have to explain more about what you mean by low quality compared to the original.

Show a screenshot of the original at 100%  zoom and the exported version, again at 100% zoom, along with a screenshot of the export settings.
