Hola,
4. Volver a instalar Photoshop. Esta vez se me ha instalado inglés (en_US)
Gracias
Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.
You can install multiple languages for Photoshop without the manual work or by reinstalling Photoshop.
1—In Creative Cloud, you can change the language, and when you go back to the Apps Panel, Photoshop will appear as if you need to install it again.
2 - When you install Photoshop again, you only install a language pack, not the whole app.
You'll have to repeat this process for all the languages you want to use.

Regarding conflict, some could be related to the custom Keyboard shortcuts you've set up. Here is an example:
Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Hey, @Maria220787572gs8. Changing the language for Creative Cloud should not delete any application; the install options you see now are just for the language packs for each of the previously installed apps.
You can still check the preferences folders for Photoshop to restore any presets or preferences: https://adobe.ly/4mlBQhn
Thanks!

This is a pretty cool trick for those of us that work in various languages. It took me a minute to figure it out at first, but it works well. Note that I haven't tried all my shortcuts etc but that's not a big deal for me as the goal is to switch to Japanese, or French or Spanish.
What I did:
1) In the creative cloud app I changed my default install language.
I then went into the cloud app and all of the apps show that they need to be installed again. It was unclear that running install would only install the language pack I chose in the previous setting. But indeed, you just hit "intall" and then launch the application.
Once you've done that, when you open the app, nothing will have changed. Next go into Photoshop->settings -> interface and select the language you want.
Now you'll need to close and restart Photoshop for the new langague to be used for menus.
Note: I tried this with both Illustrator After Effects, but there was no place in the Illustrator or AE menu to switch the language once I had reinstalled it with Japanese as the default language. Perhaps if you uninstall the app completely and reinstall the new language would work, but it appears that language switching in many of the cloud apps does not work.
Previous versions: Once you change the default language in the Adobe cloud app, then all your installed apps say "install" as if they need to be installed. This, as Sameer pointed out, installs the language pack. However, if you have previous versions installed along side the current version, as many of us do because of new bugs being introduced to PS and other cloud apps, those previous versions don't appear, and there is no way to install the language pack for those.
But for PS at least, this does give the ability to switch the menus to multiple langages as can be seen here:
