Hey, @Dash108. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found an active Enterprise subscription.

 

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkgaYou can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.

Hi @Dash108, thanks for the update!

Quick question, are you using a VPN by any chance? Or if you're on a work computer, do you have any app management software running in the background?

It might also help to reset your Photoshop preferences. Here's a quick guide on how to do that:

@Aleke our NOC said Adobe is not using our proxy seems lke there was a change in March or April of last year. I put in a ticket E001615512 and they said its was going to be fixed with the next major update 26.X. This is only hapenning on Macs.
