Mac Studio M2 Ultra - Photoshop 2023 constantly crashing with "Use GPU Processor" ON.

I've had the Mac Studio M2 Ultra since its release date and unfortunately I've been dealing with constant crashing of Photoshop (every 5-15mins). It doesn't appear to be triggered by any particular tool or action. Crash can occur during any process.

If I turn "Use GPU Processor" to OFF, the problem is resolved, but then of course everything is slower and less user-friendly.

Other things I've tried without success;

1. Uninstalled and re-installed latest versions of PS and CC
2. Installed older versions of PS
