I do not see special requirements on their site, so make sure that your colour settings (Edit->Colour Settings) are at "North America Prepress 2"

then do "Image->Mode->CMYK"

If there are other profiles recommended, you need to choose that profile.

I’ve looked again for your service provider. I only saw the message of “CMYK” format. I would have expected to get more information on the colour profile to use. But as SWOP seams to be American standard, choose that one.

Make sure you save a copy as CMYK to send them. You want your original file left alone in case you need to make changes.
