Marching Ants not showing on 2022 Update

Has anyone else noticed that when you select the marching ants no longer show up in Photoshop?  Sometimes they'll come up, but most of the time - especially with SELECT ALL - no longer display no matter how many times I try to correct it.

Also, Photoshop 2022 does not display RECENT DOCUMENTS.

Hope they fix these bugs soon.

I am not experiencing either problem on my Mac. Are you updated to 23.0.2? Can you tell us more about your computer?

The good news is I had a chat with Support and was advised to try turning my graphics processor off.  It worked and I am back in business.  preferences>Performance>Graphic Processor Settings>uncheck

@f8ctodd it means that you will get no GPU acceleration. If possible, a newer graphic card would be useful...

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

Yes the problem is still there.  No marching ants.

I switched to the older version because I got tired of the problems with the latest version.  Plus I have a lot of things going on and haven't had any real time to explore the issue.
