The Marquee tool is spazing all over. Both oval and rectangular selection makers are making funny patterns and such. Something is wrong with this tool.

I'm using Ps 23.3.1 on a Windows 11 64 bit pro. This is my second bug report on this edition! Should change soon hopefully.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

"Disable Native Canvas" once unchecked and after a restart of Ps, works fine. Thank you for that - helpful indeed!

We believe that underlying issues (which were temporarily addressed by selecting the ‘Deactivate native canvas button’ in Technology Preview) have been fixed, and you may now de-select that button for future Photoshop sessions. Please let us know if any of these issues return once the native canvas has been re-activated.
