Mask Circle from same color ?

I want to either mask out or remove the circle you see within this image. The issue is, the other parts are the same color ?

Create a mask on your layer. With mask selected, and a black hard brush paint over the circle parts. Will help to zoom in to get accurate masking. Won't take as long as you think 5 to 10 minutes.
