Hi having trouble masking photos, doesn't seem to be able to apply the mask to any photos whether it's the background, foreground, subject it did initially work when first using these masks.

Can you post a screenshot of Photoshop including the open document, tool options and layers panel?

In addition to what @Jeff Arola mentioned. Can you also describe the steps you are taking when trying to create/apply a mask?
