Matching color when compositing images?

Engaged ,

I want to composite a person from one image and into another image where the colors of the images do not match. The saturation levels are different, the overall colors are different, and the brightness values differ. What is the best tool in the latest version of PS that I should consider using for this?

Thanks

MK, have you tried Ps>Image>Match Color? T

he tool has three sliders-- Luminance, Color Intensity, and Fade -- and one checkbox (Neutralize). You can adjust the sliders to taste, and switch Source and Target images.
