What version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Is there any error message on the screen? 

 

 Follow these steps to clear deep font cache: 

  • Exit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app

  • Navigate to \Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version>
  • Delete the CT Font Cache  and FontFeatureCache folder and empty the Recycle Bin
