Hey Thalita30064250d2h4! Welcome to the Photoshop Ecosystem Community. I'll need more info to help you figure out. 

What version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Is there any error message on the screen? 

 Follow these steps to clear deep font cache: 

• Exit Photoshop and the Creative Cloud desktop app

• Navigate to \Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop <version>
• Delete the CT Font Cache  and FontFeatureCache folder and empty the Recycle Bin
