Memory leak in Photoshop

Photoshop 23.4.2
Windows 10 on a Dell XPS 8930 with i7-8700 CPU and 48 GB of RAM

Photoshop appears to have a memory leak. If I leave the app open, I run out of memory in a few hours. Problem does not occur when Photoshop is not open. Minimal other apps open - Chrome (latest) and Outlook (latest). 
Any ideas?

When you say you run out of memory, what happens (eg screen shot of error message)?

Also, screen shot of Photoshop memory settings please.
